Examine the damage done to your motorhome and the guard rail, too.
Because motorhomes are often large in nature, they sometimes take very little damage upon colliding with a guard rail. The guard rail, on the other hand, might be looking much worse for the wear. Depending on the extent of the damage to your RV and/or the guard rail, you may need to contact the police to file a report. In the case of damage to your motorhome, you’ll want the police report if you should decide to file an insurance claim.
