Announcing Coach Specialists New RV Repair Drop Off Service Locations
At Coach Specialists we have developed a way to bring our shop to you. We opened up new drop off locations, One in Plano and one in Denton, with the possibility of opening more drop off locations in the future.
Here is how it works
You contact us at Coach Specialists either by phone or by using the schedule a repair button below.
Next you bring your RV to one of our drop off locations either in Plano or Denton and you will find a kiosk and a locked Key drop off box. In order to repair your RV we need two forms filled out, and both forms are on the kiosk. One authorizes the repairs, one gives us the authority to work with your insurance company.
Simple fill out both forms, hit the submit button, drop the keys into the lock box and you are on your way.
What happens next?
The minute you hit submit, the forms will be sent to us at our shop headquarters in Mansfield. We will dispatch a two man team to come pick up your RV and move it to our shop where it will be kept safe in our secure fenced lot. Your RV will not be left at our drop off centers for very long.
We will begin working with your insurance company, order the parts, and begin the repairs to your RV. We will also keep you informed every step of the way.
Before you drop your RV off
It is always best to drop off your RV empty. By that, we mean empty out all your camping gear, clean out the fridge, and remove your valuables. Your RV will always be secure while under our care, but we will need access to storage compartments, cabinets and cubbies during the course of your repair. Dropping off your RV empty will speed up the repair, and ensure your belongings do not get dusty or dirty while it is being repaired.
